There’s so much happening in 2012, Rittal needs a special publication just to get started — detailing everything from enclosures through a host of accessories ready for 2012.

The recently published brochure is the most complete piece available for data center products from Rittal. It begins with an outline of available server and network enclosures – focusing on the standard-setting TS8 – with emphasis on the new optimized configuration as well as wall mounted units. The new version of the TS8 featured in the brochure has brought together all the most requested custom elements including a split rear door design, L-shaped hinges and a high-density roof.
Pointing out the many applications, optimal environments and many features of the Rittal Systems, there are subsections devoted to TS8 server enclosures, the new 52U enclosure, TS8 network enclosures, LCP enclosures, colocation products and Cisco Nexus 7018 switch enclosures. Those sections are followed by details on wall mounted network enclosures as well as data racks.
After detailed specifications on all the IT enclosures, there are 30 pages of accessories. More than half the book is devoted to accessories from basic casters, walls and doors to cable management systems, interior racks, rails and door locks – and almost every conceivable piece in between.

| Matrix Filters® Product Overview MTE Matrix Filters solve the problem of harmonic distortion on virtually any two or six pulse rectifier. These power supplies are commonly found in electronic equipment such as adjustable speed motor drives, welders, battery chargers, servo drives and other equipment. MTE provides solutions for both three phase and single phase harmonic applications. MTE Matrix products have evolved from the original Series A to the refined patented new MTE Series D Filter. New single phase matrix filters have been added to provide higher levels of single phase third harmonic mitigation. Please see the colored brochures featuring these products. Harmonics are a problem |
| Guaranteed results Unlike other harmonic filter technologies, the performance of MTE Matrix Harmonic Filters is guaranteed! On AC variable frequency, variable torque drive applications (fans & pumps), Matrix filters will meet the guaranteed maximum levels of THID (total harmonic current distortion) all the way from no load to full load. Additionally, Matrix filters will not cause power system resonance nor attract harmonics from other non-linear loads. No system analysis is required to select and apply Matrix Filters. Typical Applications Include:

Rittal’s new Hygienic Design (HD) enclosures provide the ultimate solution where cleanliness and sanitation are paramount. Crafted of stainless steel, they feature a smooth surface grain, internal hinges, washable gaskets, locks and no crevices to trap debris or contaminates.
The new HD enclosures are available with screw covers for smaller, integrated applications or hinged doors for larger installations. Both are created from ANSI 304 stainless steel with a 400 grain brushed surface. Wall and door surfaces are angled to prevent objects from adhering to them so water runs off easily.
